The platform is live at h-hour.citadel-it.com
Everyone sees the same situation on the projected screen and answers individually on their phone. Answers, discussion and debriefing happen live. A closing questionnaire measures what each person takes away.
Each participant receives a code and answers at their own pace over 7, 15 or 30 days, with automatic reminders. At closing, management receives the group report.
Industry questions reflect each trade's own situations: hotel front desk, bank branch, public office…
The employer only receives a group report, produced from a minimum number of respondents, and never a partial report.
A person assessed alone receives their results at their personal address. Only they decide whether to share them.
Hosted on AWS, facilitators sign in with authentication, participants need no account and give no unnecessary data.
